Easy to swallow

They seem to be working ok but are so big i am struggling to swallow themI will not be buying them again i will go back to my previous one as they are not so bigIts a shame as i would have stayed with them and given 5 stars

I no longer have bloating, and my digestion is regular in the mornings. The size is a bit larger than I find comfortable. I used to order vitamins from iHerb, but this was faster, and I hope they are just as effective.

Did nothing for me I’m afraid

This product combines together a large number of different strains of cultures and in high quantities. This is great value for such a small product as you get the benefits of taking multiple different supplements in the same pill. They are formulated to be a slow release as well which is beneficial as you don’t overwhelm your gut all at once with them all. Recommended dose is two tablets which means this is a months supply. Tablets are on the large size which could be tricky for those who struggle with pills.

Very easy to swallow, gets to work almost straight away, affordable, and makes you feel good about yourself, my energy levels have improved significantly. Would definitely recommend them

A Well presented product, containing all the cultures I require to assist with my ongoing stomach issues. Really pleased I tried this type of product in a slow release granular form, it’s a game changer !
