I absolutely love this product! My lifts at the gym have felt so much better and after just a week and a half I am seeing results. The product is awesome because there really is no nasty taste to it at all, it is like I am just drinking normal water. One of the things I loved the most, was the renewed energy I have felt, it is like I can just keep going and going at the gym. 68-yrs young here. I do feel the Creatine provides extra stamina. Not tough on the gut either but you should drink the suggested amount of water daily.

This stuff is legit! Been using this stuff for a while and it works wells! My recovery is faster and my strength has gone up since starting. I was interested in the metabolite of leucine (HMB) being a building block of an amino acid which is the building block of muscle and it works really fast for recovery. Great company and well thought out product. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
