Bulking powders I've used in the past have always had these problems:They're too filling, so you don't want to eat anything else,They don't mix well,They give you awful bloating or flatulence,They taste far too sweet.This powder is the best I've ever tried.Though you're getting almost 1600 calories when mixed with milk you don't feel it. I know I'm getting the calories to support my bulk and gains but I also don't feel full so will easily still eat the whole foods and meals I need throughout the day too. It doesn't feel like a chore to eat!It mixes surprisingly well. When I first put the correct amount of powder with milk, I thought this is going to be thick! But after mixing no, it really wasn't. Fantastic.No bloat, flatulence or any of that.It's not too artificially sweet. I have the vanilla ice cream flavour so I don't know about the others.If you're a hard gainer or have a fast metabolism like me and can't get the calories in from whole foods alone (or afford too, jeez!) Then this is the perfect product.It also lasts ages, so bonus there.

Product was delivered extremely quickly and was very well packaged. The tub is very full and heavy, making it good value. I've been using it for a while now, but not at the suggested serving size specified, as I'm using it as a much smaller addition to a diet for weight lifting, preferring to get the rest of my calories and nutrition through whole foods, or home made smoothies blended from whole foods. Most of the carbs are coming from oats and sugar (dextrose), of which the sugar content is very high, which is pretty common in a lot of these products. If you were to follow the recommended portion size, it's 60g of sugar, which is twice the daily recommended amount of free sugars, which this appears to be. I tend to use one scoop (occasionally two), once a day, blended with avocado, banana, a home ground nut/seed mix etc. Hard to comment on how beneficial the product is, on that basis, but I'm slowly putting on weight that is lean, not fat, so definitely doesn't appear to be detrimental. I would buy another when this tub is eventually gone, which will take a while at 6kg.

Best brand of protein I have ever bought! I will definitely buy again and couldn't recommend this enough especially for those who experience bloating from protein shakes. Pro's and con's below:Pros:- 6G OF FIBRE to help with digestion, so NO BLOATING!- Just a total of 600ml of liquid once 300g of protein and 300ml of milk/water is added!- 1300KCAL PER SERVING!- 5G OF CREATINE in every serving!- VERY EASY TO MIX! Usually I use a blender but this protein mix doesn't require one in my opinion.Con's:- For me personally the chocolate flavour isn't as nice as my previous chosen brand. (Optimum Nutrition).

I bought this for the high calories and tremendous protein, however I was curious on how they get all that in there, the real answer is they don't, the reason one serving is this much is because the scoops are stupidly big and to top it off one shake is 4 scoops and the label says 4 slightly heaped scoops ! I have honestly never tried to mix so much powder into a liquid, I even tried using water and it didn't help. In the picture there is the scoop or should I say shovel, next to a conventional scoop (the blue round and much smaller one). To top this all off there is no flavour at all and the lumps I got even with a mixing aid in combination with the fact that if you don't immediately drink it the powder will all settle at the bottom means I'll never buy this ever again.
