This costume was absolutely perfect for my daughter, and she was thrilled to wear it! I LOVE this dress. I used it for a play that I was in, and it was perfect. The quality of the material is excellent, very soft and lightweight without the "costume" feel. It actually wore like a regular piece of clothing. Plus, it's a true to size fit, so I can't say enough about it.

Got this for my wife (50+ yrs old, 5, 3” tall, about 130#) for an event and it fits her well. She’s very happy that the dress touches the floor so it’s more realistic for the period. The material is stretchy enough to be comfortable the whole time she’s wearing it & it’s not too hot for springtime and winter wear. Nothing is comfortable for her in the summer months, however. The instructions say not to launder, dry clean, or iron the dress. She found that she could turn the dress inside out and steam it with her iron without any damage, just don’t press down or use high heat! She wants to launder it but doesn’t know if she’ll try, the directions say to sponge clean so we’ll see how that works. We would recommend this dress to others. The fact that it has draw strings from & back allows for a better fit. We think the reason it can’t be laundered is that the thread is plastic. See photo.

For the money it was a great dress to wear! The ties in the front and back make it easy to fit it nicely on the body! It was very long and the sleeves were long as well but I sewed them to fit me. Overall I really liked the dress!!

This is excellent quality for the price. Pretty comfortable and warm as a Halloween costume. But definitely good enough quality to wear to a Ren Fair. The only negative I have for it is that is extremely extremely long, and I am not a short woman at 5 ft 6 in. I got the XXL based on what it said in the sizing chart. I usually wear a large to an extra large, and this fit nice except kind of big in the bust area. I had to pin it some. I think if you were to get a smaller size, the length is definitely shorter some, but I don't think it would have made much difference for me. Maybe a few inches, but even with heels I had to hold the dress up.

Beautiful dress, comfortable. Versatile in fit. Can fit woman a size bigger and I got a large. The blue was so vibrant. I love this piece.

So I bought this dress in the royal blue for ren Faire. I'm typically an XL but I went up a size and im glad I did cause it is tight around the bust but it makes the girls look great and it's got a corset style back to make more fitted if desired. It's a nice heavy material but it's comfortable. I was skeptical about this after some reviews but im so glad I bought this dress. It is long in both the dress and the trumpet sleeves but that's manageable to fix. I'd say it's worth the buy and it's so pretty

Beautiful dress, exactly what I was hoping for! Customizable fitting: due to the ties in the front and back of the dress. Many compliments from others. The material is soft and thick enough so you do not need to where a slip.
