I was skeptical of how good this work work, because I bought the Bissell equivalent (a wet mop/vac combo) a couple years ago and it was an absolute disaster and waste of money. Clogged up, sputtered filthy water out, was inconsistent in dispensing water and cleaner. This however did an amazing job, was super simple to use and virtually no assembly required. The steam got scum off my hard wood floors I hadn't mopped in months up in addition to sucking up debris. I like not having to use floor cleaner either and just steam. 10/10 recommend. I am calling it my depression assistant. When i get down and out the idea of sweeping and mopping thr floors is daunting. Not anymore!!

My update March 2026 - purchase last year, and after using several times I see the performance not that good. It’s one thing that you need to make multiple passes to vacuum up debris - on a floor that was fully vacuumed first. Sorry to be disappointed with the Shark Steam Pickup, it has all the promise but the collection bin and the separate debris chambers are way too small. Very sorry about this, but have donated the Shark, it will have a new home. The Shark Steam Pickup Lightweight 3 in 1 steam mop was the best surprise - having looked at other models on Amazon that were over the top feature wise I chose this one. It is simple, exactly what was described. Functions like a real pro, super easy to maneuver and clean. The suction is not great but a few extra passes does the job. Plus, you will not believe how quiet it is when running - Shark has mastered tamed the sound barrier. I expect to get many years from my Shat, 3 in 1, was worth it. I highly recommend.

The steaming temperature is high to help the floor to prevent the bacteria growth ____Mopping is not bad; it helps the floor that does not stubborn debris ——The machine has a long cord that helps you to move and use it in different areas Cons: ——The machine can remove the stubborn debris or sticking foods on the floor ____The machine is little heavy for older people using it if they have the stair and need to carry it to clean their floor. ——The ad mentions that the machine has self cleaning function of brush roll and the customer only washes the brush roll with water. But actually, the brush roll is still dirty. I tried to take off the brush roll from the machine and washed it with water and soap. by my hands. The water turned to black. I had to wash it more than 2 times to get it clean😫 ___The steaming can help the floor kill bacteria, BUT it can affect the floor’s grout, causing damage, especially if the grout is unsealed or if high-pressure steam is used. It also can cause these floors to expand, leading to cupping (where the edges of title rise), crowning (where the center of title rises), buckling, or even cracking. >>>>>After I used the machine, my floor has cupping and crowing, and my grouts are damaged (the grouts are broken and there are small holes in long grout strips)😤>>>> Ants from the outside go in these holes to my house 😡. THEREFORE, I returned it to get my refund.

First off I LOVE this steam scrubber. And that's what it is, a steam scrubber, NOT a vacuum mop. This is an amazing upgraded version of the steam mops with the pads. Cons- Let's start with what it does NOT do. If you are looking for something to lay down water, scrub your floor and then suck it all back up, this is not what you want. This is also NOT a vacuum. If you want a one stop do it all floor cleaner this is not for you. Also, if you are looking for a tool to remove years of built up dirt in your grout lines, this is not for you. This is more of a maintenance, keeping it clean, machine. Pros- What does it do? It lays down a LOT of steam while simultaneously scrubbing with a combination soft rag/stuff bristle roller. It DOES have suction and will pick up the extra water and debris , however, the dirty water and debris tanks are TINY. Once they are full, which is about 1/4 of the way through the clean water tank, the water will just stay on your floor. I assume this is because shark expects most of the water to evaporate on your floor, but if you spend a lot of time going over the same area, that will not happen. So you have two options, you can stop cleaning 1/4 of the way through the clean water tank and empty the dirty tanks and it will continue to pick up the water, OR you can just clean your floor and then go back over it with a dry towel to pick up the extra water, which is what I do. Conclusion - So why do I love it? I have a shark robot vac that vacuums my house daily so I do not need a mop that also vacuums. The corded feature allows me to clean my whole downstairs in one go. The amount of water in the clean tank lasts me through two small rooms or one big room. The scrubber/steam combo removes even the worst dried on, stuck on food and gummy goo from my tile floors. We are barefoot in my house, and my floors are left feeling so squeaky clean under our feet. It can not be used with a cleaning solution which I love because the floors are sanitized with no chemical residue left on them. I gave 4 stars because the only thing it needs improved is the size of the dirty water tanks. Everything else is perfect in my eyes. So If you are looking for a daily to weekly maintenance machine to remove stuck on dried up food from your floors and sanitize them this is definitely the machine for you!

I was concerned that it would leave too much moisture on the floor but it doesn't. It really works great for not having a vacuum. Cleans quickly and no water mess. I love the fact that there are no chemicals involved, it's just all steam doing the work. Also it's electric with an extra long cord so it wont die in the middle of cleaning. For the small amount of water that you add to it, it lasts a long time and covers a large room before having to refill. I thought it was a little pricey at first but after I used it I feel it's well worth it. I'm very impressed with this machine and would definitely recommend it.

No gastaría mi dinero de nuevo en esto, me deja el piso horrible, con manchas y marcas como rayas, lo compré en noviembre pensé que lo utilicé mal, pero lo puse en la primera línea, no forcé el rodillo, literal mi mano solo sostiene y voy a su tiempo, deja mucha agua, no jala los pelos de mis mascotas. Lo dejé de utilizar, quise darle otra oportunidad por que ya pasó tiempo y no puedo regresarlo pero decepción. HORRIBLE!

Worked fine for 2 cleans of the floor of my small 1 bed apartment. On the 3rd use the steam stopped being produced and cold water just dribbles from the machine. Returning it.
