Big LacesFlat Shoelaces

I’ve bought from this company before. Colour is exactly as pictured. Be careful when choosing reds as ‘red’ is pillar box red but the ‘red/orange’ is very orangey. When choosing length, look up (e.g.) ‘How long do laces for an 8 hole boot need to be?’ BUT THEN ADD 10-15cm Youll thank me. I bought 140cm (about) for 8 hole boots and the length is perfect. Fantastic quality, pleasantly surprised given the price. Great VFM though and very durable.

I ordered these laces for my walking boots as the round ones I brought kept coming undone when walking very annoying when it's raining and muddy. Brought these flat laces perfect been out out for a few walks and never have they come undone. Very pleased with them will be ordering more plus I didn't have to pay postage so win win.

Wanted a cheap pair of yellow laces as the new shoes i had bought recently came with horrible neon yellow laces that were far too long for the shoes anyway.Colour of the laces is a nice sun yellow, very similar to the photo, also the lengths are very accurate, both laces are exactly 120cm long.Delivery was extremely fast considering the price, i received the laces about 36 hours after placing my order!I have deducted one star however for two reasons, firstly the end of the shoelaces (aglets) are quite rough and not very well done, also when tied the laces are much more narrow than i was expecting, only about 4-5mm not 7mm as stated, however these points are quite minor really.Overall i am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

There is so little one can say about a pair of flat woven, red shoelaces: the order, the company's attention to detail, the packaging and the delivery. But I will attempt to fulfil the role of a satisfied customer.Red shoelaces - these are flat, red, with sealed ends for ease of lacing. They match my shoe colour well though I suppose that's because I chose this colour - to match my new red shoes.They are a little longer than the current laces but I bought the red shoes at Clarks and unfortunately they came with white laces - a sartorial disaster of magnificent proportions as I'm sure mature readers will appreciate. These hold my shoes tightly when done up and are easy to undo when taking shoes off. They tuck away tidily inside the shoe and are only very slightly visible in the two handade glass boxes wherein I keep all my shoes. That is to say I have separate glass boxes for each shoe and I stack them separately with right shoes on the left hand side of the room, and left shoes on the right hand side of the room. Sometimes this means it takes an awfully long time to find a matching pair, but I have been unable to come up with a better scheme.Of course red laces are always jolly and I may alternate these in green or purple shoes - or possibly one purple shoe and one green shoes together both with red shoelaces might be amusing?I like the fact that these are flat woven rather than round; although that's probably a lot to do with the fact that I ordered flat laces rather than round ones - but hey ho, you can never have too much choiceI also appreciated the speed of delivery and the fact that they came in a simple manilla envelope so that the postman didn't have to ring the doorbell - although thinking about it, there probably wasn't a box small enough for a pair of shoelaces did I mention these are red! And flat?On the other hand, if they'd sent them in a box with oodles of bubble wrap that would have been quite exciting - especially now that bubble wrap is being phased out.On the whole this was quite a fun transaction, for me anyway. I hope the Amazon worker who collected them from their location in the warehouse wasn't too exhausted from carrying them; and I think it's important to praise them for dispatching the correct laces first time - having to return them would have been heartbreaking.So overall I'm very happy with my flat red laces to go with my flat red shoes and I'd recommend these for any shoes - though probably not Christian Loubouton's vertiginous shoes - despite the fact that they are an exact match for the traditional red soles of all his shoes and might look quite good in some of his dominatrix lace-ups. Though on reflection perhaps a round shoelace would be better for those.I hope I haven't exceeded the word limit and that I have properly explained that these a red laces, very flat and quite long enough for gorgeous flat red shoes. I ordered these to replace the plastic type laces which came with my Soloman walking boots and which come untied when I walked. I could have done with a thicker lace and I found that they still came undone whilst walking, not even very far. They are very good value at less than £4 but did not work for me and my walking shoes.

Struggled to find anything but brown or black laces in the shops, so these were a great find! Good quality too.

At last laces that stay done up and tight all day that do no have to be redone all day long

These laces are not for adult shoes and the sizing is awful on both length and width not worth the money, sorry

Bonjour, je cherche des lacets pour jogging, il sont pas assez large, la longueur est OK, plus pour des chaussures.

je pensais qu'ils seraient plus larges et plus costauds - c'était pour mettre sur mes chaussures de style timb.. et je suis déçue car ces lacets sont trop fins et se détendent comme des élastiques donc pas terrible

Es lo que necesitaba, pues estaba cansado de que los cordones de algunos zapatos fueran cortos y con este ofrecimiento se acabó el problema.
