Or do we have to purchase a whole new base and 12 pagers?** A: I believe you can just buy extra pagers. I think they were sold in sets of 10..not positive though. **Q: What is the range outdoors, in other words how far from the base can the customer be to receive a signal?** A: Up to 2000ft without obstacle or 1000ft through multiple concrete/dry walls **Q: Our business is thinking of purchasing these. Our building is made steel and concrete. will these work? If not can we return them?** A: I wish I could help you but we're a small doctor's office with thins walls. I do have to say, the range on these are pretty good- we page our employees when they leave our space and it works strong at least 2 blocks away. **Q: Do you ship in Italy?
