Like another 5'-1" reviewer said, this pillow is a bit big for me. I should've checked the dimensions. Regardless, the product itself is nice. Good soft cover and firm foam material.Also like other reviews, my pillow did not fully expand after 2 days because it was overcompressed during the packing process. So I put a hairdryer on high setting and applied heat to all of the wrinkled spots. Took about 10 to 15 min but the pillow expand fully to its intended shape. Just make sure you keep the hairdryer moving and not too close to the foam to avoid melting it.

If you are of short statue, I recommend that you order the 6 inch pillow. I am 5'2". My legs are to short to extend over the 8" pillow that I purchased. It was difficult to find comfort because of it size. The pillow is otherwise well made. I will be odering the 6" pillow. My 6'2" son is using the 8" one.

I had a work accident a few months ago and was severely injured in my back. My physical therapists told me that I should sleep with a pillow under my knees to be more comfortable at night and keep my spine straight.Before, I'd use regular pillows for this but they didn't work well at all. If I used one pillow, it would be too flat and didn't lift my knees high enough. If I used two pillows, they'd fall off in the middle of the night as I moved and I'd wake up in pain.This pillow that I bought completely changed my sleeping experience. Because of it's flat bottom and general shape, it does not move around in the middle of the night. When I wake up, the pillow is exactly where I placed it before bed and I am in the correct sleeping position with my knees elevated.This pillow helped me reduce the strain on my back at night and it allowed me to wake up with less pain than I would had I not used this pillow. A tip I wanna give is that if sleeping on your back causes pain even with the pillow, try to sleep on your side with your legs bent towards your chest and with a pillow between your thighs. This pillow won't work for that specific sleeping position but if you prefer to sleep on your back, it is perfect.This product was a really good investment for my physical health and I would recommend it to others.
