I love my small coffee pot! I'm the only one in my household that drinks coffee so this size is perfect for me. I didn't want a coffee pot with all the extra gadgets, just a simple to use coffee maker which this is and I appreciate that. It's not noisy at all, brews very quickly and coffee taste great. Priced very reasonable and looks great on my counter.

Coffee pot barely holds 5 cups. It is hard to pour the water into the coffee maker. The coffee grounds hold too much water when dune brewing coffee.

My first impressions after using this coffeemaker twice: DISAPPOINTED. Here's why: 1) It states plainly in the product description, "AUTO PAUSE & POUR — The flow of coffee on this small coffee maker stops when you remove the carafe so you can pour a cup of coffee before the brewing stops without making a mess." However, my unit DOES NOT DO THIS!! Instead, water continues to flow all over the place when you take the carafe away to pour the first cup before brewing is complete. This happened BOTH times I made coffee. I had to try it the second time to see if I did something wrong the first time. Nope. This feature simply does not work. Maybe I have a defective unit. I do not know about that. 2) The brewing capacity of this unit seems a bit less than other small coffeemakers I've had that also advertise as being 5-cup brewers. To be honest, we all know you are getting 2 average cups of coffee, if lucky. But, to get only 1-1/2 cups is fairly disappointing. Now, to be fair, I am going to brew another pot and NOT remove the carafe until it is completely done brewing. Then, I will pour the entire contents into a large measuring cup and see exactly how many ounces of finished coffee is produced. I believe this unit will come up short. UPDATE: the full coffee pot measures exactly 24 ounces. This is average. Not a demerit. On the positive side, and the only reason I can give any stars rating above a 1-star, this brews a very tasty cup of coffee at a decent temperature. And, as advertised, the simple on-off switch allows the coffeemaker to be used with a Smart Switch, which is exactly how I have this set up. Works perfectly in this application.

Bought this for mom with the hopes it would be easy to use and obvious how to work it. Good choice. Easy to fill with water , easy to clean. Mom has no complaints...she likes it much better than the Mr. ***** that she had.

So far so good make a fairly strong coffee for one with a google timer.

coffee comes out hot...its been a year since i bought it and it started leaking, first i heard sizzling and than the countertop was wet, did not think much about it, it did not happen all the time, but now it just becomes a mess, it still makes coffee , spillage is minimal in that i still get a full mug of coffee. I like this coffee maker but spillage is unaccepable. So i turned the carafe sideways where the handle is on the right side and it seemed to stop the spillage, keeping my fingers crossed see how long it lasts, i bought it march 2025.

I needed a small coffee maker for my mom, and this is a winner! Perfectly hot and delicious coffee, she is pleased with the quality and cost for such a nice looking easy to use machine.

Perfect for small spaces or a household with one coffee drinker. Compact and not noisy like other makers I have had in the past.

The filters are great. I've been using the same filter for 3 years and have had no problems until my 5 cup drip coffee maker had issues and I purchased a new one but no basket filter was included. This filter fits great so no need for paper filters.

Nice size for 2 cups there is a small taste of the product in the coffee and hope it will go away in time, takes junior filters.

Very disappointed. 1. The spout in the carafe is too wide so water spills when you are filing it and coffe spills when you are pouring it. 2. The filter basket is badly designed. When you insert a normal basket filter and add coffee then close it, the top of the filter gets caught and the grounds get into the coffee. This replaced a five cup Black and Decker that unfortunately got broken when I moved. I have had Hamilton Beach products in the past and never had a problem.

Pot works good but am having trouble finding filters that fit. We are currently cutting down larger filters to fit. If they are not cut, they fold over and water does not go properly through the coffee grounds.
