Very pinkish nude

The shade is very pinkish nudeYou have to apply 3 4 times to get perfect color.This shade is not for pigmented lips.Before applying you have to apply little bit lipbalm then it will glide smoothly to lips.Packaging is different.But I think there no need to have different mechanism for lipstick cap

Confused

I'm really confused about what to think about this. I ordered rhubarb. I got sherry. There is no such shade in ruby's organics as far as I know. It didn't come sealed but the lipstick has not been tampered with. So I really don't know how to feel.
