This small container of beetles shipped from NY state across the country to Oregon in March. Arrived completely intact, everything alive, arrived in a short time. The bugs look healthy. This is a great value in a time when insects are pretty scarce online and USPS is completely falling apart at the seams. I didn't know they'd be shipping from the east coast or I would not have purchased, but I am glad that I did. Great purchase!

Super excited about this order. It took too long for my excitement (but within the told delivery time). There were 3 larvae and 2 cockroaches in the container but I think there were 25 beetles total. I wish there were more larvae than adult beetles but overall pretty happy with it.

Everything arrived alive! I live in a very rural area and it takes an extra day for delivery, but they arrived in good condition. I was pleased with the result. Thank you

Con: The bugs themselves. Unfortunately it took 3 deliveries to finally receive some live bugs & there were still several dead in the delivery. I believe it was mostly the fault of USPS but I’ve never had an issue with any of the other breeds of feeder bugs before these I order monthly. However, it was my 1st attempt with this buffalo version so maybe they are just not as hardy as the others.Pro: Customer service was great, very friendly, very helpful & they fully covered the replacements from the first 2 attempts so that’s all I could ask for. I would definitely attempt to order from them again, just a different breed of feeder bugs for our beardies.
