Excellent product!
They look like a nice quality insole but I waited to review until I actually used them. I took a 45 minute walk and am happy to report that they’re awesome! Great arch support, my knees didn’t hurt, and my plantar fasciitis didn’t flare up. They offer great support and fit perfectly in my shoes. Not sure how long they’ll last (for around $30) but I’m thrilled with the difference I experienced.Update: forgot about how much I liked these and reordered today. They’re comfortable from the moment I replaced the ones that came in my Altras. For reference, I also tried the Pinnacle insoles, those are way to hard in my opinion. These are gentler and perfectly supportive. Very happy I rediscovered these!

Absolutely perfect
I would give this insert 10 stars if I could. I had plantar fasciitis surgery that removed 50% of my plantar fascia tendon and a very large bone spur. While that particular pain is gone, I have struggled with finding the right insert to provide my foot the correct amount of support, cushion, and pain relief.Prior to this using this insert, I could only manage to be on my feet for half the day before I started needing breaks and complete pain by the end of the day. When I walk somewhere with family, they are constantly walking ahead and then having to stop and wait for me to catch up. This insert has literally given me my life back. The minute I put it in my shoe and took a few steps I felt immediate pain relief. I just spent the entire day on my feet and by the end of the night, my foot was still pain-free! I can't express enough how amazing my foot feels with these inserts. Quite possibly the best purchase I have ever made in my life.

Helped my plantar fasciitis
I had gone a year with severe plantar fasciitis...so much so that I couldn't go for walks and even walking across the room was painful. I tried several different inserts and none of them really helped. I read in runner's magazine about this insole and started using yet in July 2018. Combined with stretching, this insole finally helped me overcome my issue. It is almost a year later and I still use the insoles -- but no foot pain. I'm back to power walks and biking. What is key was the insole AND the stretching exercises recommended by my doctor. I would highly recommend this product. But if you expect it alone to solve your problem...think again. It is a great tool for helping you get there. My only complaint is the price. I got my first pair at ~$30 and now they are over $40.

Has a weird bumpy surface
I've worn full length powerstep for years in all my shoes. Thought I'd try the "breeze" because the price is right. There is something uneven in one of the pairs, it feels bumpy under my feet. Not happy about that.

Legs feel better quickly!
It’s been a week. Before, my legs hurt: calf to knee, and especially my “knee pit,” and my feet and heel were constantly in pain and they were never comfortable. I had my massage therapist working on my legs and feet and we were trying to figure out what made my legs hurt so bad. She suggested finding some good shoe insoles that had good support.First day, they fit right into my shoes and I didn’t have to cut it down to make it fit. I started wearing them to work and left thinking I should have brought a spare pair of shoes in case my feet needed a break (the directions suggested only wearing them 3-4 hours to start with), but I only had the shoes on my feet for the day. I made it through the day and my feet actually felt better already!Fast forward to now a week of wearing them almost everyday. My leg pain is much better. My knee pit where the muscle/tendon felt like it was pulled tight is gone, the heels and feet are much better as well!If you haven’t tried this insole, and you have feet, heel, and/or leg pain, I would suggest these ones!

Adds cushioning and support
Overall, I find the insoles that come in most shoes to be mediocre at best. Prior to discovering Powerstep, I used two pair of custom made orthotics, but tired of have to continually having to remove time every time I changed shoes. Maybe I am a wee bit lazy. After doing a lot of research and reading reviewsI purchased a few different brands of inserts. It was quickly determined that Powerstep Pinnacle insoles were superior to the others and now have them in every pair of golf shoes, athletic shoes, hiking shoes and Topsider boat shoes I own. The last few purchase have been the Breeze model, which, for me provide increased cushioning over previous models purchased. They are as supportive as my custom orthotics, and inserting a lateral heel wedge provides for over supination. Plus saves a lot of money vs than buying more custom orthotics. IMHO, you cannot go wrong with these inserts.

Exactly what I needed
I work on my feet a lot, and started developing plantars fasciitis (I think that’s how it’s spelled..?lol).So I bought these (along with some at the pharmacy) to put in my shoes. These ones I put in the boots I wear most often, and after about 1-2 weeks my foot problems were gone. These were much cheaper than the ones I bought in the pharmacy, and because I used them more than the pharmacy ones, I consider them to be the reason my feet (and calves) no longer have issues. Will be buying more when I buy more shoes.
