Lovely Garden Hose Reel
Absolutely love this product - it's gorgeous. Unfortunately when screwing the left support arm to the front plate a piece of the backplate broke. I contacted the seller (which is in China) and explained the problem and they agreed that due to the expense I didn't have to return the product. A replacement was sent to me which took about 3 weeks but was well worth the wait. It looks lovely now holding my garden hose in place. 10 out of 10 for the seller and their prompt replies to my emails.
