Compared to some silicone soldering/craft mats, this one is terrific! The parts wells at the top have snap-close lids, the magnetized and un-magnetized spots are clearly marked, and it’s a snap to organize and isolate tiny parts and screws. It’s great for model makers as the silicone absorbs the energy of dropped tiny parts that might otherwise bounce away! It’s A4 sized and can be easily rolled up for storing when you’re done. Many uses and easy to clean, too!

This is the perfect companion if you are doing work with small electronics or soldering. The color is great for seeing screws and the separate compartments for organizing your work flow are perfect. You really can beat the price, I snagged two of them for work and home.

A nice size to work on, keeps everything organized, protects table when soldering. Note that the surface does discolor if you solder directly on it, but otherwise seems fine. Another user mentioned that this isn't a good work surface for electronics ina dry climate as static can build up pretty easily, so in winter plan to put a layer of foil over the work surface with a grounding strap if I'm assembling electronics.

I do a lot of assembly of small electronics and mechanical things. This does a lot of great thingsIt keeps small screws and nuts from rolling around. It protects your work surface from burns and glue. It's a sturdy non slip surface that works well to support a Helping Hands device and keep it still. Absolute game changer for me!

This things worth it’s weight in gold. Makes tinkering so much more enjoyable, great quality, lots of handy little features for holding tools and parts. Love it.

This works for what I need. The only negative is the compartment covers are difficult to use and don't stay closed. Otherwise it works well, is a nice size and seems to be good quality.

Comes rolled up, took a few days to flatten out completely. Not too difficult to clean but does seem to have some of that static cling to it, atleast in my experience.

It's a very good quality Matt I dropped my soldering iron on it and it didn't even leave a mark I do recommend you buy this when I move into my store I will be buying more of these

Parce que ne pas souder tout les jours mais faire de l'électronique est possible... et que ce tapis qui est tel que décrit sans plus... il n'est ni dissipatif, ni conductif. C'est du silicone galvanisé et très robuste. Un produit très résistant aux abrasions diverses. Bref dans mon cas, c'est exactement ce don j'avais besoin pour ne pas endommager mon tapis ESD Protection MAT qui vaut tout de même assez cher et n'est pas aussi résistant à la chaleur.Excellent ! Se rince a l'eau et nettoie comme un charme .Je recommande
