I purchased this Magnesium Chloride for its benefits. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and it seems to help me sleep a little better. Also, I haven't had leg cramps lately. The tablets are big and not easy to swallow. The taste is not pleasant, so make sure you have a full glass of water on hand.

They are a good supplement, they provide everything that is needed, the bitter taste is well absorbed, but . It is bad investment in these. almost 1/4 of the bottle was pulverized the capsules lose firm after they break I don't think I will buy this product again

Tablets literally fall apart in the bottle! They disintegrate into a cakey powder in the bottle. As you try to fish through the bottle to find a whole one it is coated in the cakey powder from the already disintegrated ones. Then you try to get a whole one out of the bottle, it literally turns into that cakey powder as it falls apart in between your fingers or as you shake it out of the bottle it breaks apart (We've tried multiple ways to get them out of the bottle without completely destroying what we see is whole in the bottle to no success.). It is ridiculously difficult to even get one out of the bottle intact, the dosage you are supposed to take is 3! I wish could give no stars... You get 200 tablets in the bottle, your lucky if you can even use 100...actually probably lucky to be able to use 75 honestly. I will not be buying these again, wish I could get my money back...what a waste of money! O and by the way that cakey powder gets all over while trying to get the tablets out. Plus you definitely taste it going down, that powder sticks to the inside of your mouth and throat no matter how much fluid you drink it is quite difficult to dislodge it. This review is from both my husband & myself.

I put these tablets in my daily pill boxes (each day gets its pill set, usually done for a week at a time). Here in humid west Oregon and in our kitchen these tablets became soft, moist and crumbly; completely unusable in under 48 hours. The containers had not had any washing or water exposure, the other tablets in them were were fine. I think the salt nature of this uncoated tablet absorbs moisture from the air. I will have to use them directly from the original container but worry that by the time I open and close it 200 times the pills will will get soggy even in that container. I will not buy these again because where we live is humid must of the year. But reasonable to purchase if you live in the Atacama desert…….
