Ohm Therapeutics PROFESSIONAL STARTER SET (2x 136.1 hz)

The tuning forks are excellent quality, and I love the activator you wear on the body. My only complaint is I wish the dvd gave more detailed instruction. It uses fancy medical terminology that most people using a starter set would not understand. The cd has the potential to be beautiful and relaxing healing music. There is a high-pitched squealing in every track that I just can't tune out, or get used to. If that were taken out, it would be perfect healing music, and I would rate it way up there with some of the best of the best healing music. This set is a decent start, but you will most likely need more instruction and literature if you wish to be an effective sound and vibrational healer.

4 stars because it was a nice economical starter package for anyone interested in sound healing but not ready to make a huge financial commitment. Has everything you need to get started. Minus 1 star b/c I didn't care for the CD at all.

My husband really likes this set as it has a calming effect on him. I like them alot too Also surprisingly when my nose gets plugged I use any tuning fork all around my nose at different points for about two or three minutes and it releases the pressure. I sleep all night without any more stuffiness.
