Works great!
Over the last month, I have tried four different compression sleeves, and four separate elbow straps. This sleeve and strap combo works fantastic! The elbow straps are elastic so even when they are cinched they still allow my forearms to work freely while using them. I bought these for weightlifting. I have developed a strain in my inner tendon and the pain from bicep work outs was too intense to ignore; however, I found most elbow straps would not allow for an unrestricted curl since the straps didn't expand with my forearm while performing the exercise. Even those advertised for weightlifting caused as much discomfort as my injury. These straps solve that problem, while providing noticeable support and comfort. The compression sleeve will work for both the left, or the right arm no matter where you want the padding, FYI. I purchased two since I didn't want my other arm to feel ignored. I have experienced noticeable relief with the sleeves and had no skin irritation with their use, which had been an issue with similar other sleeves I had tried before these. Using their measurement guidelines, I found the fit to be good. I'm pleased with the ease of using the straps with the sleeves, there is written reminder packaged with the straps that, one should be mindful of the Velcro of the strap coming in to contact of the sleeve; yet, the Velcro attaches cleanly and securely to itself, and I have found no undue hassles in making sure to follow this instruction. Hope this helps you make an informed decision.

Overall a good device for tendonitis
Useful for tendonitis. I previously had one of the strap devices with an air pouch for tendonitis, but found it uncomfortable and hard to position properly. When I had another flare-up this winter along with some other elbow pain, I decided to look for something else. This seemed the perfect option to deal with both issues. I measured per their instructions and ordered a medium brace. When it arrived it was so tight that within 5 minutes I started feeling numbness in my hand/lower arm. I went back to Amazon and looked again, then decided to reorder this one in Large. When it finally arrived it seemed a perfect fit so I returned the medium one. The support was perfect for my problem and it helped with both the elbow pain and the tendonitis.Because the pain was round the clock, keeping me awake at night, I was wearing the brace pretty much round the clock. I noticed that after about 10 days the lower edge of the brace around the lower arm was starting to stretch out. I'd have expected stretching and wear on the upper arm where you pull it on and reposition it, but not the narrowest part of the arm that the device touches. It isn't stretched out enough to make it unwearable under long sleeve clothing, but I'm not sure I'd want to wear it with short sleeves if this crops back up later in the year. It does still help with the pain when it flares despite the stretching. Luckily it did its job and I've been able to stop wearing it for several days now. I never needed the extra strap, so I can't attest to the Velcro quality or usefulness. I didn't need it, but also didn't like the black band on the flesh colored device.I was able to machine wash it in a mesh laundry/delicates bag with cool water and normal cycle, then hang up to dry. The stretching "condenses" back after washing, but quickly stretches back out. Overall it helped me with my pain, but I expected it to last longer. When I purchased it was $14.99 and a $5 off coupon. Definitely worth what I paid. It's now $19.99 and $5 off, and at that price I'd have to think about it before purchasing a replacement that I know won't last as long as I think it should.

Exactly what I was looking for
I have torn the "funny bone" tendon and somehow I seem to smack it on EVERYTHING 😭. This keeps it from getting better. So I came to Amazon looking for a gel pad that I could wear to keep this from happening and this one it the most comfortable between it and the other one that's similar. The only thing that bothers me is the top part that goes up your Tricep and Biceps is very uncomfortable and makes me ITCH badly, I even tried using corn starch to negate this reaction but that didn't help. So, I cut about 4.5" off of it and it works perfectly for I wanted it for. I just wish I could find one like it is now that's just for the forearm and stops before the elbow that has a gel pad on the outside like this one does so it wouldn't fall apart after cutting it. I then tried to burn the ends with a torch but that made it hard and sticky and I had to trim it more 😂EDIT:Gave 5 Stars instead of 4 because of their AMAZING Customer Service.
