Worth it!
A little goes a long way...I slowly dissolve just a 1/4 teaspoon of this in my mouth at bedtime to control night-time acid re-flux symptoms. I don't suggest using this as a general food sweetener....for me, it is a medicine....

Good but Expensive Honey!
This honey is highly traceable and is everything that they advertise it to be. But it's expensive although I see why since each batch is tested, rated, and recorded. But I use honey in my 3 cups of coffee daily, 1 large teaspoon per cup. This honey isn't as sweet nor does it taste like my usual "100% Unfiltered Organic Very Raw Honey" that I typically use and pay $10 for 22 oz. It may indeed have specific health properties as advertised but I'm going back and sticking with my usual brand. I knocked 1 star off for the flavor and 1 star removed for the price. But that's just my own personal experience or preferences. I wouldn't purchase it again but you might truly like it!

Sweet Grainy Greatness
I recently purchased Steen's Manuka honey and it exceeded my expectations. It's not overly sweet, I love the texture, it's perfect for spreading on toast, but I love it straight from the spoon. I've also bought a 2nd jar for the dogs to mix a bit daily in their food. I can't wait to feel the health benefits! Highly recommend!!

Cold sore killer
Steens is the only Manuka I trust. I have been getting it for years in various levels of UMF. I don't take it daily (too pricey!) but use it as needed. It works to STOP cold sores on my mouth (if applied at the first tingle) and I use it on mild burns and scrapes. I like to add some to my tea when battling a cold but, as with all honey, I can't make the tea too warm so... This has worked so well for me that I actually incorporate it into my budget as a necessary item. Thankfully, the way I use it, I don't have to replenish it often.
