I like this one and I have tried many other berberine products. Only been a short time but plan to buy again!

Been taking this product for few months. My blood sugar level is down. Not sure if it's because of this or because I been exercising. No issues in taking the product.

easy to swallow supplements that are gentle on my stomach. gave me good energy levels throughout the day too.

I take berberine daily so I test for differences after trying a new brand. I can say I didn't notice any differences which is great and also NO i'll effects like stomachaches or headaches. I find these easy to take and no taste other than the capsule. I do find the price a bit on the high end for a 30 day supply but at least you get a reputable company making these in the usa in gmp facility.
