solution to control misconfiguration problem
I have bought many controllers but I had to return 3 because they simply stopped working suddenly. The control was not damaged, what happened was that it was misconfigured and I did not know how to fix it. I contacted the manufacturer of the control and this was the answer they gave me to get the control to work."If possible, please try to pair the remote and the dongle again.The way for pairing:Please press and hold the “Track+Hand” button for 3s, the indicator light will change from constant to continuous.The blinking state means the remote control is in the Bluetooth pairing state, and the indicator light will continue to blink after you let go.Indeed the control now works perfectly. I leave this comment to be helpful to other buyers.

Put a new spin on your camera .. Literally
I have the OBSBot mini and Needed a remote and the V2 was available so I grabbed it and have been very happy with it. So far I have used it mainly on 2 video shoots (as I was using the camera with a UVC to HDMI device from OBSBot) and controlled the camera from across the room. Which was cool. I don't use the Bullseye laser pointer function it just isn't something that has been needed on my shoots and my personal usage. But its a cool laser function by design.. Not just some boring dot. Another cool feature is being able to get it to (via the app on a Mac/Pc ) to set presets so you can launch it in any direction you need with a single tap. Control up to 4 cameras, zoom in and out, Start and stop tacking all in one controller. This is improved upon the V1 of the controller in SO many ways. More ergonomic design, Place to store the dongle. Laser pointer function.. And others already mentioned. It's a great addition to any camera in the OBSBot line. (that are for desktop)
