Review: On my repeat order list for some time. Good service and happy with product. Review: I have now learned that this element is an essential mineral responsible for over 300 biochemical reactions in the body. There are also numerous types of magnesium, and I should be taking a combination of at least 6 to 8 for optimal health. So for that reason, I only give it 3 stars, but of course, it's better than nothing.

I gave this product 5 stars when it should have been 1. Why? My doctor diagnosed me with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), I could not understand why I would get this at 80 years old. The only new thing I was doing was taking this product, Magnesium Oxide. I Googled does Magnesium Oxide give you IBS-like symptoms? The answer an emphatic yes. It took me 2 weeks to recover. Check out other forms of magnesium; oxide is bad.
