This has been the first time in months that I haven't had any any neck pain. Great For pain relief. Perfect alignment to keep my neck straight.For functionality, I thought the thickness was too much at first, so I took out the removable bottom spacer. Still felt like it was too thick, but remember memory foam will sink down as you lay on it, I woke up in the morning and I had no pain at all and the pillow fit perfectly. The doctor has been wanting to have surgery done on my neck, but since it's not bad after sleeping all night on the pillow, I'm not going to get the surgery. I still get pain in my neck when I turn it to look at somebody or look behind me when I'm reversing my vehicle.

It took me a few times to figure out what worked best for me. It’s very comfortable and good quality. Really like that it has its own pillow case and washable. In my opinion it does what it says it will.

Love this pillow! I'm a side sleeper. This pillow is perfect for me.The only 2 complaints I have are 1 the arm rests are Not wide enough to fit my arms. 2 the little part at the base of the neck support needs a little bit more softer padding.Otherwise no chemical smell or anything. A plus is it did not make me sweat like other pillows I have tried. I would LOVE to order one for my husband. He has worse neck problems than myself. This is all from the first night (if anything changes in the next few days I will update). I'm so happy with this pillow. Can not believe how much pain is gone from my neck, shoulders & upper back.

I’ve tried so many pillows claiming to be “ergonomic,” but this one actually delivers. The Hansleep pillow is super supportive, especially for side and back sleepers like me. Within a few nights, I noticed less stiffness and way better sleep quality. I also put a pillow case to it ( just a regular one) so it doesn’t get dirty. The heat level is just fine for me. Design is cute as well. Overall, great product!!!

This adjustable cervical pillow is a mixed experience in our home. My husband, who sleeps on his back and doesn’t move much, actually likes it and finds it comfortable. However, even for him, the pillow started looking worn out after just a week. the fabric is already showing signs of tearing and it looks like we’ve owned it for months.As for me, I’m a side sleeper, and this pillow was unfortunately a disappointment. It offered no support for my neck or back, and I ended up with aches for three days straight. It also didn’t have the arm space it promised, making it even more uncomfortable.Overall, the quality isn’t great, and while it might work if you sleep strictly on your back, it’s definitely not versatile or durable enough.

I picked up the Hansleep Adjustable Cervical Pillow to tackle my stiff neck, and it’s been fantastic. The removable, breathable cover wicks away heat and feels silky. My only gripe: it slides on smooth sheets, so I wake up with it halfway off the bed. A simple non-slip pad or cover underneath would fix that. Still, it’s hands-down the best pillow for comfort and neck relief.
