it does work... gotta follow instructions... set at 320 setting... first pre-heat material for about 10 seconds... then add dtf and cover with butcher paper... do20 seconds... and voila! allow to cool to warm... massage DTF to materail if necessary... slowly and carefully roll back peel the dtf away... works beautiful... but DO NOT OVERCOOK... anything over ~45 seconds will start to cook DTF and fail... good luck :)

TLDR; BUYER BEWARE - VEVOR themselves will not be there to help you, they gave me the run around on a replacement and I am now attempting to get a refund, if this fails I will be charging back my credit card.Upon opening the product and using it I noticed that the pressure distribution was not even. The control arm will push upwards and the springs will only compress in the back causing uneven pressure. Due to life factors, I did not get to opening and using this product until after the amazon return date had closed so I was forced to contact VEVOR to initiate a warranty claim. I begun the warranty process for a replacement on 2/12/2024 and was asked to provide photographic/video evidence of the issue. I obliged and was responded with an email claiming that the product in my evidence was not the product I purchased. I replied with a 2 minute in depth video (the one attached to this review). I was then told I would be given a "practical solution" within 72 hours. 17 hours after that I was emailed an instructional video on how to use the machine (I should mention the video was of a press that was not the same model I had bought). I responded back apx. 36 hours later saying "I'm not sure what that video was for, I know how to operate the machine, I created this ticket with the intent to warranty replace a defective machine. Has there been an error in communication or something?" They then responded to me again saying it would take another 2-3 days for them to send me a "corresponding solution" . They then sent me the exact same instruction video 8 MINUTES LATER, with detailed precautions talking about adjusting the pressure on the machine. It does not matter what pressure the machine is at, the pressure is always uneven unless there is none at all, rendering the press useless. I called their call center again and told them I no longer want to warranty this item, only want a refund, because I do not want anything from this company if this is how they treat their customers/warranties. The call center rep updated the ticket with a memo repeating this information and I will update this review in a couple days to see if they actually honor this or if I have to begin a charge back with my credit card.

You have to put it together. Once together it's great. Big enough for projects and small enough to fit in a small spot. Love it.

i honestly don’t know why this has so many negative reviews. i tested this out and it worked perfectly. it also came together so idk what people are talking about missing screws for lol. no problems what so ever. only thing, it’s tiny. if you’re looking for t shirts then i would get a bigger one. the pressure is great, the temperature is even, buy it!

This review is for the orange clamshell mug press. We have had great luck with these presses. They have lasted a really long time. We have had some that easily accommodate 15 oz mugs and some tgat you are a really tight fit. As long as I make sure that the artwork is at least 3/8” away from the ends of the paper (towards the handle) they cook perfectly every time.
