Excellent product! I tried other well known cough products for 4 days with no effect. Tried Broncho 5in1 and could tell a difference within 24 hours. Amazing!!

Quite bit more expensive than my normal discount store choice, which works excellently but definitely is an acquired taste (I believe that's because it contains squill, which can actually prove harmful to certain people).This one is definitely worth paying the extra for, as it works faster to stop irritating persistent coughing, whether dry & tickly or chesty and mucousy, as well as soothing a sore throat; and to add to that it actually tastes PLEASANT!The feeling in one's mouth is silky and smooth rather than stinging or burning - think a cuppa heavily laced with honey, or if you're into whisky, the Glayva liqueur, for texture.I just bought a second bottle today in case it should prove difficult to buy due to all this Trade Wars stuff: I don't intend to ever not have a spare bottle in my cupboard.

Many people are saying tha this is the best cough medicine yet but, frankly, it did not seem any more effective than the more traditional brands such as Benylin and Covonia. The only plus side is tha the ingredients are all natural.
