**Q: Do the squirrels have a difficult time figuring out tnat they need to.open the top of the feeder?  Previously I had just been leaving nuts out.**
A: I have four of these boxes in my backyard. The first day it took a squirrel about five minutes to figure it out. After that, they come running and get their nut quickly

**Q: Can the glass be removed?  I’m looking for a covered squirrel log feeder.**
A: There are 2 small staples that prevent you from removing the plastic sheet.  I just pulled these out and have had no problems with taking the plastic out.  Its not glass but I have had no problems.  The squirrels know how to open the lid and then feed also comes out at the bottom.

**Q: Are the product dimensions really 1x1x1 inches?  I'm trying to compare this to another feeder and am wondering.**
A: Goodness no! It's a great feeder and the squirrels love it. I would estimate that it is 8-10 inches high and 6-8 inches across and really nice cedar.

**Q: how come it takes 1 to 2 months to ship?**
A: it doesn't
