Charlie Horse Help
This supplement has been a great addition to my regular supplement routine. It has a great taste on its own but I like to add it to my liquid collagen each day. I started taking this to help with Charlie horses I was getting. Since I started using it I have not had any issues with them.

Taste is not guaranteed
After having some health issues start several months ago I started taking different supplements and things to help. I ordered one of these before and it was effective. The taste was really good, juicy, sweet strawberry. Since I liked it I ordered more when I ran out. However I just got it today and the taste is completely opposite of before. It is bitter, and taste very watered down, very nasty. I am disappointed with the extreme difference in taste. The first two bottles I had, I just took the liquid directly on my tongue, but this time I will have to add it to something to hide the taste!
