There was zero functionality in this product, and essentially the SIM Card sales pitch was a bold-faced lie. It was far from easy to set-up, and it was not until the 10th call to the company that I was told that this item needed an additional purchase, and (to further complicate matters) that the type of SIM Card I purchased using desertcart is not supported for customer service. In short, what they purport on here is not true, you get a Sim card with no service then you can not purchase service. I waited far too long to activate, so I am unable to return this garbage. Review: Too easy! - Activating this SIM was super quick and too easy. Just make sure you activate at the URL on the back of the packaging or scan the QR code. I was able to transfer my number in short order and I am currently enjoying the free trial. When I called the customer service months later to help me they wanted the PUK number which on the package it states that it is on the sim card itself. Then they try to say that it was deactivated.
