Awful
We bought this on September 30 but didn’t receive it until October 5th. We went to try to use it today for the first time and it doesn’t work. It looks like the springs in the battery area are not right. The battery will not stay in place to work. I have emailed the company on the instructions and it comes back as a wrong email.

Worked Great for Young Child
This has worked great for a bed wetting child who is well beyond the normal age to stop. This has woken them, and sometimes me, up in the middle of the night to immediately deal with any issues. It doesn't save the bed. We have wet pads for that. It simply wakes them up to let them know when an accident has happened. Since first use, there has been a noticeable difference in the frequency of nightly bed wettings. We are currently 4 days dry and counting. Hopefully, in a few days, we will be beyond it all, sparing the mattress and sheets, our noses, and some embarrassment. I'm very happy with this product.

Works well for a cheap alternative
This seems like a great solution with the older kids who have occasional bed-wetting accidents. They simply need the vibration to wake them so that they can go use the bathroom. The expensive versions come with a mat that these sensors clip to which seems preferable, but we found a cheaper alternative and bought some of those waterproof bed pads and attached this to an absorbent towel over that. Clipping it to sleep shorts will even work if you can get everything situated so that's comfortable.

broke after 2months
It worked well (I think). My 6 year old transition to about 1 accident a week from 5 accidents a week over 7 weeks. As soon as we stopped using it she wouldn't wake up and have large accidents. So I wanted to use it again. But it kept shorting out. Meaning it would alarm as soon as the switch was turned to either side even with the clasp open (or on dry underwear), making it unusable. I think we needed to use it a little while longer. But It is out of the return window of one month. I'll have to find another brand.

After a few weeks it stopped working
After less than a month would work some days and not others. Tried changing batteries and new sensor cord, still nothing. It appears wires are not connecting inside unit. Would have been nice for this to continue working. We were seeing progress with our child.

Loud and Strong Vibration Alarm
This alarm is helping our child be more aware of when accidents are happening at night and is getting them more accustomed to waking up during the night to go to the bathroom. The device comes with two clips that are easier swapped on the main device. The device is simple to switch between a vibration only mode and a sound and vibration mode and both are quite loud and strong for the user. The strap is also quite adjustable and simple to put on a variety of sizes of arms. We also loved that the device came with batteries included. Overall, easy to use and will wake up your child at night.

Already broken
Just three days outside the return window it stopped working. Would love to receive a refund or working product.

Not just for children!
I've been using this alarm with my elderly healthcare clients who have some minor nighttime incontinence. It's definitely cut down on incident frequency and embarrassment. The vibration is hard to ignore, and the unit is very quick to respond to moisture. It's a great retraining tool!
