We got these because they were recommended for acid and my hubby has TERRIBLE GERD as well as terrible pain. So he cannot take ANYTHING for his pain or it causes terrible acid reflux. Although he HATES any pain med and uses MJ at night (we live in CO and he has a Medical MJ license), he can now take these when he is FORCED to take any pain medication during the day. They DO help and I wish that I could find the lovely lady who commented about these to me, as she was SO right. I was lamenting my hubbies terrible problem online and she recommended the plum balls and hubby has never looked back!!
