i love the size,feel, and content so far but the wording on the cover was already coming off and comes off very easily regardless giving it a sloppy look I don’t care for.

Perfect for a few moments of reflection
The cover is a nice hardback to this slimsized journal and it's perfect if you only have a few moments to self reflect in the day but really want to add in a goal or some gratitude to devote to yourself some self care. It's basic but not overly basic and doesn't require an enormous investment of delving into things unless you choose to. It's a good design for others like me that kind of go back and forth with it as it's not dated until you put the date in yourself. It's more of a realistic journal in that way. I have predominantly inattentive ADHD as well as issues with depression so it's been a good goal/gratitude starter journal for me instead of my blank journals I write a lot in. It keeps me somewhat on an organized path of a little self care for at least part of a day.
