Q: is this as strong as muriatic acid?

Way to strong for me even mixed with water takes the color out of the brick.

Q: I used paver magic to get a stain out and it left a white residue that i can't remove. any help would be appreciated!

It's more than likely just snow. It will melt when it warms up.

Q: are you supposed to dilute with water?

You can dilute with up to 3 parts water or use straight, depending on the amount of cleaning/de-staining necessary. The product is very strong and I start by diluting it with water (50/50).

Q: What is the square foot coverage?

I cannot recall what coverage was indicated on the instructions, but whatever that was, it was covered. You have to dilute it.
