This product is unsafe in my opion and more others if they will buy it.I have followed the instructions as the producet says on the instructions on the bottle.I now have troble breathing and massive build up of mucus especially at night, the only product I have been using is this product, after day 4 of using this product I started having sideeffects and still have the symptoms 2 weeks onwards , I would not recommend this product.Think twice before buying this "product"Not safe at all. Extremely dangerous!

Expected big results as had bough similar stuff from AMAZON last week though ran it around another months worth .

Gives you energy stamina to train longer and a pump in the muscles when u train, still need to eat your proteins, rest and focus your workouts or it will do nothing for you. it's not a magic pill don't look in the mirror everyday and question yourself if it works. Put in the hours in the gym, put in the meals and rests. You want to booze around smoke and make excuses why you don't look great then this ain't for u lol
