We needed a new board game for a road trip. I wanted something compact and recalled playing Cribbage in college. This is perfect and we have had some seriouly competiive games! Fun for the family or friends game night!

Description photos indicate 1” marbles. Not even close. Very well made game, if you want small standard marbles. But I only purchased this for larger marbles. Misleading description/measurement in photos. That being said, I would order again. Knowing what it is now. But it was initially disappointing.

Works well. The previous one had plastic pegs and they were too big for the holes.

I was a little concerned about the quality given the price point and the inlaid wood. I was greatly pleased with the quality of craftsmanship. The inlaid wood looks great. Some had mentioned the noise factor of a wooden playing surface. Since it is just used by my wife and I at home, this is a non-issue. The checkers are have a little heft to them and feel good in your hand. They are not anything fancy, but they are not cheap plastic. There is no storage bag for the components, but a small jewelry bag solved that. Overall, I am really pleased with this purchase.

The internal cups on the board are pretty rough as are some other spots along it - all it needs is sometime spent sanding everything down and maybe finishing it again, but not the quality that I’m used to and I would hesitate to hand it over to something like a classroom situation. Playing with other adults I am less worried, but I will probably take some sandpaper to this to make sure everything is really actually smooth.

Well made product that keeps my mind active. I have yet to win. Luckily I am stubborn enough to not give up.
