As a nurse, i'm really picky on what supplements that i take, especially i'm not so good at taking them lol. I found this one. These vitamins help with skin hydration,healthy hair and nails, which is crucial to my glow up journey. And what i like about the packaging as well is there's an arrow that you can put, you know, which day the last time that you took it, so you don't miss it, which is really good for my adhd. I really like the ingredients list as well. It's hyaluronic acid, oriza ceramide, biotin for the hair, zinc, vitamin a, c, and e. So these are clinically proven ingredients that are we also use for our patients. So i like that, i also like that it's vegan, non gmo, it has no additive. Try it out!!! Im gonna buy a 2nd bottle

After taking these vitamins, I noticed that my nails have become much stronger and less prone to breaking. My skin also looks clearer, which I believe comes from the zinc in the formula. I recieved an email to review this product. I got it in the mail a couple of days ago. I first want to say, the packaging is amazing! The packaging is eco-friendly but still functional to use. I also like that it has the days of the week so you can keep track of the days you take the pills. I got the Glow supplements for Hair, Skin, and Nails. I don’t have opinions yet on the pills as I just started taking them but will make an updated review once I feel I have used them long enough. The company overall takes pride in giving quality supplements which is lacking in most brands. I look forward to seeing how the supplements transform my skin!!!!
