Mine came with a black, or opaque, cover on front and clear on the back. Is there a clear cover available for the front?

There is a clear front cap available from Aimpoint. However, when used as a reflex sight with both eyes open, your brain will still "paint" the target with the aiming point with the solid black front cap closed. Try it.

Will i need a mount to use it with a larue lt660 ??

No, you don't need mount when you use larue lt660

Will this work with Unity Mount micro s

It will work with that mount, however, I am unsure of what height it will sit at because that mount is meant to adjust for the height of the Duty RDS.
