Ignore the haters who don't know how to order the correct item
Brilliant from start to finish and I received my Samsung Watch Ultra on the exact day they said it would be delivered.Works perfectly without any glitches or other nonsense that others have stated.Definitely buy from these guys again.

This phone will NOT work in the UK - You will be ripped off if you buy it!
The watch is fine, it's a Samsung Smartwatch, it's just not made for use in the UK and won't connect to a UK Samsung phone. It hangs, without fail, every, single, time. There is NOTHING on the listing to say that this watch is incompatible with the UK. The returns policy is also to the best of my knowledge, in contravention of UK online protection laws. I have been only partially refunded by the seller, as they have decided that as it was opened I can't have all of my money back.Raising a complaint with Amazon and never using this vendor again.Update: Amazon said, I'd get the full amount, I have been told by the seller they have refunded me. (They haven't. I'm still £40 down on what I paid.)Never using these clowns again.

Came well packed for delivery. Delivered on time within a couple of days of the order. Inside, the watch was in Samsung packaging.Gift for for my husband, seemed too good to be true but he's extremely happy with it

Excellent watch , good price but it is an Eastern European model
I've been really impressed with the Galaxy Ultra Watch, I got it to replace an original Galaxy which was 6 yrs old.I think it looks and feels good quality.It seems imo quite snappy in operation and the display is excellent.I'm getting 2 days between charges, but that's monitoring everything 24/7, GPS for 2 walks a day , gym sessions and sleep patterns so pretty reasonable.The only negative is this is not a UK watch , yes it's at a great price but I feel it should be made clear at time of purchase.I double checked the advert and couldn't see any mention of it.That being said it's worked perfectly fine , it threw me a little when I was setting it up because there isn't an option for Uk in the regions most are Eastern European, I chose Cyprus (don't know why) , it took the shine off my purchase because it caught me unawares, that being said I have had no issues and it paired up with my S21 Ultra immediately , everything I've tried to use has worked so far.

Do not BUY this !!
I bought the watch and is Region locked on US. The LTE it's not working in UK on this watch.
