I’ve been using these silicone mats in my electric smoker, and they’ve been perfect for smoking salmon. The fish doesn’t stick at all, and cleanup is way easier than using foil or trays.They fit nicely and hold up well to heat without warping. I’ve reused them multiple times already with no issues. For the price, you really can’t go wrong—simple, effective, and does exactly what it should.

I have what I thought were 2 identical-sized sheets, but when I went to use these, I found one pan was slightly smaller than the other. Despite the silicone mat being bigger than the sheet, it molded nicely to the underlying shape. They have a nice weight to them, and they seem to be of good quality, like they'll last for years. They'd be a great gift for anyone who bakes anything. I wish I would have known about them sooner!

These are amazing. They lay perfectly flat in a standard half-sheet pan (do not listen to reviews that say they don't fit pants - they are clearly using non-standard size baking pans). They clean up easily in the dishwasher or by hand, and while they do discolor a bit after frequent use that doesn't affect their performance at all.The only downside is I don't prefer baking cookies on them. Cookies tend to spread more than on parchment, so for that use case I still use parchment but these have replaced almost all of my other parchment usage.

Awesome product very light and easy to use. Heat resistant and can hold up to 12 cookies.
