I've gone through 3 other berberine supplements before hitting on this one. The prices ranged from $9 to over $30. These are by far the best for me. One month later and these are still doing well for me. Just had blood work done and A1c is 5.7 my appetite is almost non existent. To find the best one for you, you need to give each supplement at least 30 days to get the full effect! Well, these have worked best for me and the price is unbelievable. Don't let the low price fool you. These are great and definitely worth a try.

I can't say they worked and I can't say it didn't work. I do know that I'm not that fond of gummies as I thought I would be but the texture was ok. They didn't taste bad. I felt ok while taking them. I'm now trying another brand to help lower my BP. I'm not on them for weight loss and I know for sure that I haven't lost weight from taking these gummies It did not suppress my appetite as far as I could tell but I also was drinking apple cider vinegar along with it and that suppressed my appetite when taken together. The ingredients were good nothing bad. That's all I have to say about them.

Definitely a good product, took about a week to notice color return to urine. Fatigue slowly going away, the metelyn blue jump started the fatigue reduction but can reduce/eliminate on some days.

These gummies are good. As I'm getting older I find that capsules are hard to swallow so I try to get gummies when possible. With other gummy supplements, I find that they sometimes don't keep their texture or are hard to chew. These have kept their texture and have a pleasant taste.

these are amazing especially for me with having PCOS, my weight is up and down but this keeps things level and also helps with cravings.

Firstly, these are fantastic tasting so they are easy to get down. I was previously taking a Berberine capsule and sometimes had difficulty getting them down. Not the case at all with these chewable and tasty gummies. Plus the added benefit with these is that also have a decent amount of Ceylon Cinnamon which is must have for me personally. And they are SUGAR FREE!!! OMG! I am one happy camper. The bottle has 60 gummies each and the serving size recommended is 2 per day. So, you'll get a months supply for what I consider to be fair price. Another bonus, these don't seem to stick together as much as some of the other brands do. I love these for many reasons for my personal health and if you're looking for a dual gummy with both Berberine & Cinnamon, this is one to get. I highly recommend.
