Taste is alright. I took 2 a day as recommended for about 3 weeks and felt a little better. I started taking 3 in the morning every couple of days and it made a huge difference. Ordered these to help with my menopause issues. I've been taking them for just about three weeks. I'm still on the fence on whether or not they're working. They don't taste bad but they do have kind of a weird texture for a gummy. Hoping that I see some significant results soon.

I just received these yesterday and they taste horrible! The flavor is not good and they are gritty. Not a gummy consistency. I'm only giving them 3 stars because I don't know if they actually do what they say they do.

This stuff works! But you need to be patient. The moment I started taking Meno my symptoms decreased. Within 3 months, I feel myself again. The taste of the gummies are ok, but I’ll take that over hot flashes, night sweats and brain fog.

Heard all great review's on this product and wanted it to help me. It did NOT! Made my symptoms worse. I felt my hot flashes and vertigo intensified! The taste of them are NOT great and the downside is NO REFUNDS!
