It's a great way to add authentic flavor to your meal. It has a nice smell and the quality was good. The bottle is big but depending on your dish it might be used up quickly.

The bottle came in a very nice bottle box and styrofoam on the bottom and top to protect the bottle. I am very happy how it enhanced my food . Value for the money!

I use this quite a few of my stir fry recipes, especially beef and broccoli.

I have used this cooking wine in stir fry and my lettuce wraps recipes. It's one of the better cooking wines I've tried. It adds another dimension of flavor and more body to my dishes. It has a long shelf life, and the bottle is large. I think it's a good value for the size of the bottle. I almost wish the bottle was thicker rather than taller, though, because it's hard to store in my fridge as it doesn't fit on any of my shelves standing up. That's my only complaint.

Still learning how to use this product in my cooking as I explore more chinese cuisine. However, it's been great in stir fry dishes so far. It kind of reminds me of soy sauce but tastes a bit different. No complaints.
