Purple The New Mattress, with Soft 4" Smart Comfort Grid Pad and Cooling Comfort-Stretch Cover (King)

After months of searching and trying different mattresses, we are very happy with our Purple! It is soft and bouncy with good support for both stomach and side sleepers. However, it is really expensive so that was kind of a bummer, and we’ve noticed that the foam edge and purple part have started to come unglued in a couple areas, but haven’t contacted Purple about this yet so I may bump this up to 5 stars depending how that goes!

We ordered a king size and received a Queen we have been sleeping horribly and no one is fixing this problem.

We read the reviews, good and bad, and chose to buy this mattress. Wish we hadn't!!! I am not giving it "1" star, because, honestly, I just can't be THAT cruel. The mattress is already forming "dips" where we sleep, even though they "say" the mattress springs back to shape when you get off of it. We have only had this thing 5 weeks-14 of those days, we have been out of town. I wake up each morning with a horribly sore lower back, and shoulder pain. (never experienced shoulder pain before!) I first thought it was me, until we realized I was sleeping much better, with no issues, when we were traveling. Different mattresses, in different resorts, NO issues. I am very disappointed as we really contemplated whether to buy The Purple or not. The return policy is ridiculous and not clear at purchase time- 30 days to really decide on a mattress, especially at this price point, is just absurd. My fault for not realizing, and truly comprehending their return policy when we purchased it. We are now stuck with a mattress that literally causes issues and problems. NOT one that solves them. So, please, if you choose to purchase this item anyway, buy directly from Purple itself and NOT off of this site (Purple Innovation.)

I bought this mattress from Macys. I love this bed. I have only one tiny issue which is that when I'm on my right side I can feel the gel grid and it bothers me a little. But I end up sleeping on my left side and it is pure heaven. It also feels great on my back.

Shoulder and neck pain for the last 60 days. I wake up with headaches and weakness on shoulder. Avoid at all cost...

We have had our Purple mattress for 5 years now. it is still as comfortable as when we first bought it. Best move I ever made sleep wise. We bought this to replace our sleep number bed. Love the neutral temperature sleep. If you are on the fence...GO FOR IT!!!

I got the purple4 queen and I like it a lot!!!
