After going through chemotherapy and losing half of my hair (I did cold capping which saved the other half), I started using this shortly after I finished the cold capping and my hair is now very thick and healthy, soft and shiny! I recommend this to anyone I meet who’s looking to grow thicker hair. The photo was taken just 4 months after finishing chemo.

I have been using this for an about a year or so due to post partum hair loss and before that I felt like all my hair was falling out. I do think that I have seen less hair fall since using it. After using it my hair felt fuller and it stayed clean for a few days before getting greasy which is not the case with other shampoos I have tried. I used the conditioner as well and you have to really be sure not to get it near your roots because it can lead to hair looking greasy particularly if you have straight hair like mine. I age a very sensitive scalp and stay far away from anything with fragrance and this has a slight smell that smells to me like every natural food store I’ve gone into but it doesn’t last after you’ve rinsed. It did not irritate my scalp which is great as other products have done that. It foams nicely but I did have to use another pump or so get into some of the denser parts of my hair. I love that it has so many ingredients that are known to help and feed the scalp. I think this is a great option to add into a hair loss treatment plan along with a scalp serum and incorporating massage and other techniques and products.

This is the 3rd round of this shampoo/conditioner, and I can say it definitely improved my hair! Breakage is less, fall out is much less, and the texture and shine are vastly improved. Even my hair dresser was blown away by the thickening of my hair and new growth. In fact, she is also ordering it for herself. I normally wouldn't spent $40 for shampoo and conditioner, but this lasts me a really long time and is well worth the money. The scent doesn't bother me at all, the shampoo is an herbal, slightly eucalyptus smell. The conditioner reminds me of bananas. Before finding this combo, my hair was falling out so badly, my part was widening and the texture of my extremely fine hair was dry, dull and brittle. Now it's fuller, thicker, more pliable and shinny. I highly recommend!

The best shampoo I have ever used. It leaves your hair w such body! Don't know about stopping DHT yet but love what it does for my hair and has NO harmful ingredients. Large bottle. Worth the price.

When I see pictures of myself, I realize how thin my hair has become. It just kind of snuck up on me. So of course my iPhone feeds are suddenly full of ads for Spartan shampoo for thinning hair. The “Spartan” shampoo on Amazon appears to be poorly-policed knockoffs. I bought this brand as a first attempt at getting some hair back. The science of hair restoration doesn’t appear to support the idea that any shampoo can really help reverse male-pattern baldness. I’ve only been using it for a week or so, so I wouldn’t expect results even if it does eventually work. What I can say is it smells fantastic and I enjoy washing my hair more because of the combination of invigorating smell and rich lather.

I've had great success with this brand. I love that it is natural. My wife and I both use it and we have had a lot of additional hair growth that seems too good to be true. The scent is also natural, so it doesn't smell like the usual store bought shampoo/conditioners. It is fresh and we enjoy it. It does not foam up a ton, but that is usually an additional chemical added to other hair products that has no base on how clean the hair is after. However, it is very gentle, so you may need a double wash if your hair is very oily. We always notice a lot of additional baby hairs after weeks of use and then a ton of new growth after a couple of months. We've used this brand for years and it works the best. They hav a lot of products to try and we've been happy with the ones we have purchased.
