I've always been a fan of martinis -- the drier the better. Then I read this book that opened my eyes to the various versions that can be created with different ingredients and techniques. You will enjoy this book whether you are a aficionado or new to martinis.

This is a beautifully produced, informative history and guide the Martini and all its nebulous children.

The author is British so all measurements are in ml. She could have included oz conversions, after all this book is being sold in America. Annoying.Some recipes are borrowed with permission from other drink writers….why don’t I just buy their book??
