I have Ehlers Danlos and in PT 2x week for a year. This has been the most helpful addition to my daily regiment. The bands with handles fit perfectly over the door to do rows for my shoulder exercises, while the smaller hoop bands are perfect around my knees for exercise strengthening my hips. So many uses. The quality of the bands themselves is top notch, as well as the straps and handles too! I'm really impressed, and they're already helping me make important headway with my treatment. Thank you!

You can do alot of different exercises with these bands. Sometimes you have to get creative but it can definitely build muscle

I received this product today. I can’t write of durability because they’re new. However, the handles, the accessories, the bands are excellent quality. The incremental resistance loads are perfect for my needs. I subscribe to super slow training(copyright Ken Hutchins and contemporaries) NOT jerky sloppy speed movements with resistance training. These are great. Today I positioned my body in a way as to circumvent overstretching of the bands. I’ve owned less expensive resistance bands but these are the cat’s meow.Regarding durability only time will tell. I agree with other reviews regarding price: first you get what you pay for because some reviewers have written these are expensive, next try buying iron dumbbells at $1.19/pound(two - twenty pound dumbells will set you back $30-$45 dollars or more). I recommend these resistance bands. 🙂😉👍🏻

Super easy to use...great product at a great price and bands are thick and strong. Have used all parts of this workout package and already feel great. I’m 42 and have put on the weight during quarantine, like many. These band are so convenient and easy to use.I literally tone my thighs and hips while watching TV on the couch after work. ...even able to do leg and arm toning workout IN BED with the small bands. I can’t say how happy I am with my purchase. Already seeing noticeable results. Been telling all my friends and family about theses bands. GREAT BUY

Packaging isn’t overwhelming. And the simplicity of the product design makes it foolproof to use. Makes a workout super convenient.

I was hesitant at first due to the number of resistance bands out there. However I was able to use these in my basement with little to no issue at all and they have been a blessing.I started with the 40lb bands and quickly moved up to the 60lb bands and they are incredible. The variety of workouts I have been able to get done in my home without the hassle of leaving the house and the efficiency is awesome. I’ve had a great experience thus far and look forward to seeing even more results as I continue to use these.

Overall, the product does its job, but I feel like I've gotten a returned product. I see marks on the handles and the box has tears. I pay the full price but receive a product someone else might have used?

I especially like the ability of clipping bands together to increase resistance. Very handy.
