This book has great information, is easy to read, and backs up the information with the supporting studies.Much of this information is becoming common in the mainstream sources, but it was cutting edge info when I first read the book years ago. In fact, I was so skeptical that I had to look into the research myself. This flew in the face of everything I had been taught for my entire life. It ends up that the common knowledge we had been taught as Truth was greatly flawed.Listen, something brought you to this book. You have need for change. Do yourself a favor, read the book, and make it happen.

This book could be 80% Shorter
The first half of this book was the author telling you why you should read the book. It was repetitive and had a lot of unnecessary rehashing of the author's philosophies on life. But the time you start reading actual facts and information about concrete things to do there are only a few chapters left in the book.I mean one chapter (7 I think) is literally him telling a story about how his grandma was defending his Mom (as a child) agains soldiers, and his whole reason for telling the story was to say that testosterone makes you better for defending your loved ones. Like what?? These aren't facts about how I can improve myself. I picked up the freaking book because I know how that testosterone is important, you don't need to keep telling me that it is important, just skip to the facts as to how I can actually do something about improving myself. This book would have been more helpful to me if it was 80% shorter.

Great advice
It goes beyond just diet. He has done a great job explaining a multifaceted approach to increasing testosterone. I think this author has more to give in respects to advice for men in general. His youtube videos are worth checking out too. I look forward to future books by this talented author.

Incredible read. Not everything I agree with but a lot of interesting things in there. Definitely had me looking at life in a different way.

Book has more words than actual content. A lot of repetition and talking around the core concepts. I would have thoroughly enjoyed a shorter and more concise version, especially considering he is only presenting recycled material. That being said, this book will tremendously aid the average modern man, that's if he can gather the main points out of all the fluff, and then continues to research from more expert sources.

A real, honest man
This book has helped me so much. It's actually 2 books in one. One part revolves around the optimal diet for men. And the other part consists of helpful tips for men how to live a manly life, what's important in life,how to be a man, etc. You can tell how passionate the author Chad Howse is about the topic testosterone and manliness. I can only say that Chad has helped me so much in my life. His works (articles) and this book have turned my life around. I was desperate, unhappy, didn't know what to do with my life until I came across Chad Howse. I am so thankful to him. I can't even express it with words. I wish him the best and I'm looking forward to reading more from this MAN!
