The large ice cubes are small but other than that works great. I would buy again I need another one every two years. I have well water and the sand always breaks the built in refrigerater ones even with a filter.

Didn’t deserve a star. This ice maker was delivered Aug. 11, 2021. Not working Oct. 28, 2021. It processes Initial batch of watery ice then ice full indicator lights up. Hence, it stops producing ice. I’ve turned on and off and I’ve cleaned twice. I haven’t contacted the seller/ company yet. So, I can’t say anything about customer service. Very disappointed.Update: Heard from the company. Apparently, a sensor went out and there’s a 1 year warranty. They said they would replace the ice maker.

This is a good product. It makes ice very fast. It's a little loud but worth the convenience of making ice quickly.

Bought a different model before this one. First one only made it a year or so. I use it at a lake cabin and our very hard well water tore it up. When I bought this one I did something I never do- bought the extended warranty. I figured it would tear up and I’d just use the warranty to get a new one. I was surprised and pleased that it lasted around 3 years. I assume our hard water did it in. It worked well- first load of ice in just a few minutes. Cubes are small and partly hollow and dump into a basket. When the basket is full it stops making ice. If no emptied the cubes just melt and the water is used to make more ice. I kept a plastic bag in the freezer and emptied the tray into it. Does not take a water line so it must be filled by hand. While I wish it would work forever I’m pleased given the hard water we fed it.

Loved the ice maker. No problems with it so far.

I love love love this ice machine !!!! It’s absolutely like magic . Plug it in, add water and presto, frozen ice is dropping in minutes. A life saver when you have guests or just need some extra ice !!! The only noise you hear is when the ice is dropping in the container !!!

This lasted two months and the compressor won't start to make ice. There is no place to contact this company.
