This was a good book about 2 people who overcame their insecurities to find happiness. The h met the H at an event and proposed marriage because both were tired of being hit on, neither wanted love. They had been married for 3 years when the h discovered she was in early menopause so she wanted to have a baby. They agreed to have a baby. Both suffered from childhood trauma and shied away from emotions. In the end they overcame their fears and found love. Good epilogue.

This was a good solid read in the new HQN format. Lots of angst, drama and steam.Both main characters were very likeable.
