My wife through road construction got a flap in the sidewall of her sports tire. No metal was exposed, the tire pressure was good, but cosmetically it was a flap of rubber. She was in for an oil change and they wanted to change the whole thing. Now my wifes safety is number one but the tire was more cosmetic than comprimised. So I did some reseaech, found this product and gave it a try. Its thick, heavy black glue. I let it cure for the whole 24 hours. We drove it locally at first and then after a day she took it on the highway. Its fixed. no cracking, no issue. We live where it gets HOT and then freezing and its kep pressure. So if your tire has a crack or a chunk that needs repaired. This is the stuff. Be safe, use good judgement.

I recently replaced my tires, but within the first two weeks, I jumped a curb to avoid a pedestrian that was too preoccupied on his phone and walked into the street on a red.The side wall of my tires sustained some damage and this product saved me from having to buy a whole new set of tires.Application was pretty easy. I cleaned the tires I was going to use it for, and applied the product directly on the tire. It can get a bit messy on your fingers when you smooth the product out to make it flush; however, it dries relatively quickly. If you have a tire tear that extends to the rim of the tire, I would suggest covering the repair with some clear packing tape to allow it to dry smoothly.So far the repair seems to have worked and I have not had any tire pressure issues. Overall, I think this is a great product and I would definitely recommend it.

Had a hole in the sidewall of my mower tire. Used this product to patch it and now the tire is completely fixed! It holds air, doesn’t leak, and it only took 2 minutes to do. Definitely user friendly for everyone! I’ve mowed 3 times since patching and no leak. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT PRODUCT!

Easy to use and clear directions. Tape included did not stick to tire or rims at all, had to use painters tape already owned. Sanding block did well however paint color did not match as expected. For the price it provides a quick fix and better than it was before using this product.Special credit to seller, the item was lost in the mail and once I reached out about it they quickly sent a replacement product in express mail - great customer service!

I drive a Jeep Cherokee TrailHawk and despite my best efforts, took a chunk out one of my tires with a sharp rock on a trail that created a flap of rubber close to the rim the size of my thumb! The tire is nearly new and to replace one, I must replace all because the tires MUST match each other as far as tread pattern and wear. I didn’t want to do that. So I purchased this kit and although not particularly pretty after my patch work, EFFECTIVE! It works and is holding the tire together! Saved me over $1k by repairing one damaged tire over purchasing a new set of 5! (4 new plus 1 new spare that is included in each rotation!)I fully recommend this kit.It is not for quick fixes, it does need to cure for 24 hours to guarantee a full performance.
