Take A Shot

I really enjoyed this book, I am not a sports person. But I got to tell you that this book really pulled me in and kept my attention right up to the last page. The inner actions between Dan, his family and Bobby was very realistic. Sad but true some family's are hard wired to think and act only one way. It was great to see that walls can crumble and people can change for the better. "Take a Shot" is a well written, researched and completely enjoyable read. I highly recommend it. This was a better than GREAT story about a Hockey skater and a Figure skater. A theme of working together and learning about being you own true self.
