Oxi Action Carpet Powder Deep Cleaner, 650g

This is a good product for cleaning items like rugs where they would otherwise warp if a wet and dry vacuum cleaner is used on them. You do need to thoroughly brush the powder into the rug and leave for about 15 red before vacuuming to get the best results. The 650g bag is good for about two uses on a fairly large rug. The item I received was damaged such that the label that seals the bag had come off and half of the powder ended up in the shipping box, but Amazon gave me a refund so I can't complain. I got about a single use out of what was left in the bag, so all is good. Certainly can't fault Amazon Customer Services, even if it is primarily a bot.

I bought this for a rug which is in our conservatory and has very high foot traffic, as well as a cat! Over the years it's had spillage and dirt ground in and although I've cleaned it it's never quite come up to scratch. I bought this to try and am very happy with the results. it's by no near perfect, but then the rug is 11 years old! However, you can see from the before and after photo of one corner that it has made a significant difference. I used a clean soft brush to really brush it in and made sure i brushed against the wool to make sure it got into the pile and left it a couple of hours to dry before hoovering. The 4 stars is down to the packaging, it could be better, it was slightly torn at a seam when it arrived from amazon so had started to spill out. I transferred it into a bowl before using and did a little at a time until the whole rug had been treated. It smells lovely and makes the room smell nice. A good product in my opinion.

A verry good product and verry eficient spare my time cleaning my carpet and save me a lot of money

I got this product with the purpose of lifting easy tot clean dirt from the carpet. Also, to give the carpet a refresh. I didn’t expect miracles from this as opposed to a full carpet steam. However, this product definitely did a good job at making the carpet fresh again. The powder itself comes out damp and is easy to brush into the carpet, it dries quickly on a summers day and vacuumed out easily too. The bag itself although resealable can be messy and it’s best to use all the contents or empty into a container. The carpet still looks slightly better but still isn’t to the standard of a steam clean. But, for the price it does a good enough job and leaves a nice smell. A must for this is to purchase a soft brush that can help perk the powder into the carpet. For a larger carpet a larger brush is recommended as this will take a lot of effort to brush in. All in all, a cheaper and easier fix to refreshing your carpets.

if like me you bought an off cut of a brand new carpet, for a smaller bedroom when laying in a small room it smelt like a cow shed you feel somewhat upset a carpet shop would do that sell a smelly carpet, we tried febreze, that did not help very much. ordered this within 3 minutes of being delivered a tab was taken off bag and it was shaken not stirred out of the bag, as the only thing had was a mop, dry mopped to work into carpet, and left , it says 20 minutes to do its thing however had to have a nap after mopping a carpet, about an hour later, gtech got to work wow the machine really does vacuum, it needed 3 empties, the carpet looks brand new without the cow shed smell, did what wanted, and saved the carpet and the expense of replacement used the whole bag for this situation, there is an option to reseal bag..

I’ve had my lounge carpets professionally cleaned and was very disappointed so I decided to buy this and do them myself. I was pleasantly surprised how good this stuff is. Remove the sticker from the bottom of the bag. Shake on the area from a height and brush in using a scrubbing brush. Leave for 20 mins and hoover up. Wow!! Smells nice and fresh. Hoovers up well even though it is very slightly damp and cleans the carpet so much better than my professional clean. Professional clean was good but after afew weeks the water In the carpet allowed too much dirt to be drawn up through the carpet leaving stains. So this item at £7.99 did a great job. Much better.

Ho acquistato questo detersivo per la pulizia dei materassi. Oltre a lasciare una profumazione molto gradevole, toglie anche le macchie, se si ha la pazienza di ripetere la procedura più volte.
